Put your user id and the app version in the message — both sit at the bottom of the Settings screen and copy with one tap. With them a report is traced in minutes; without them it starts with a day of guessing.

Support will never be the only way to cancel a subscription. Cancelling belongs on the Settings screen, in the product.
